feat(storeDecoration): 添加酒单管理菜单配置

- 在 authMenuList.json 中新增酒单管理路由配置
- 配置包含路径、组件和元数据信息
- 设置菜单标题为"酒单管理"
- 指定对应的组件路径 /storeDecoration/wineMenuManagement/index
