fix(financialManagement): 移除今日收入列表中冗余的佣金率字段

移除了 todayIncomeList.vue 组件中的 commissionRate 响应式变量及其赋值逻辑，
因为该字段未被实际使用。同时更新了数据回调函数以确保表格数据结构正确性。

feat(home): 限制验券输入框最大长度为30个字符

在 go-examine.vue 组件的劵码输入框中添加了 maxlength 属性，
防止用户输入过长的劵码导致数据异常或界面问题。
